That is exactly why Virtual Assistant Mastermind was created. We are two women who are driven to succeed and create amazing lifestyles in the meantime. We want to connect women with other women who are entrepreneurial and who share that common thread. We also want to provide the tools, resources and conversations that need to be had in order to create the mindset of success.

VAM was created by Amber Miller of Smart to Finish Office Solutions and Erin Blaskie of Business Services, ETC, The VA Coach and VA Matchmaker. Both women have managed their virtual assistance practices for quite a few years now and both have reached a point in their businesses where they yearn for something more... A place to share their success and share in the success of others.

Amber started Smart To Finish back in 2004 after taking a "leap of Faith" and leaving her cushy corporate job as a Network Administrator. She knew she was being called to a higher purpose - and that purpose was to run her own business and provide top-notch online support to busy Coaches and Internet Entrepreneurs. She hasn't looked back since!

Her experience includes office management, executive assistance, network administration and marketing. Amber has extensive training in both computer hardware and software.

Erin Blaskie: Virtual Assistant, Online Business Manager and Techno-Geek Extraordinare

After just three years, Erin Blaskie has been fortunate enough to grow, live and experience the entrepreneurial dream.

In August of 2004, she launched her virtual assistance business - Business Services, ETC - and began virtually servicing clients from around the world. She attracted clients almost instantly and within six months of the business’ debut, she left the corporate world and focused solely on her virtual assistance business.

A year after launch, Erin had the distinct pleasure of assisting two of her clients sell their businesses and successfully reach their desired exit strategies. Being involved in a business from start-up to selling point has given her incredible experience in what it takes to manage, build and prepare a business to reach its goal.

Today, Erin assists some of the top internet entrepreneurs and business owners with their administrative and technical needs. She provides a wide variety of services and acts as a business partner to her clients instead of just a task-based provider.

In the past six months, she has written a variety of e-books, produced a number of new and exciting ventures and has been featured as a guest expert on different teleseminars. The future is bright for this entrepreneur who, in her early twenties, has already had the opportunity to learn from the brightest, work alongside the driven and has been supported by a great network of both friends and colleagues.
